COUSINES : THE MOVIE
 
He was born and grew up in the island of La Gonave, Haiti. After coming to the United States, he soon became a television and movie production expert. There, he was also given the opportunity to have a view of the Haitian-American community. That inspired “Wind of desire”, a movie he wrote, directed and produced. Wilkenson in “Cousines”...
No money, no film... this could have been true without Wilkenson in the crew. He teamed with Claudy Joseph to find the necessary funds.
But it’s not just about money. He was involved in the casting bringing actors like Jimmy Jean-Louis and Roudy Moise in the team. He supervised the production and is now in charge of the distribution.
